Antenatal + Hypnobirthing Courses
Fully qualified and experienced Hypnobirthing teacher based in Berkshire, I teach in person Antenatal + Hypnobirthing courses are either personalised 1-1-courses, or small group courses.
All courses (excluding the birth partner preparation workshop!) are for the birth team. All Hypnobirthing classes are held in person either in the A Mother World Hub at Moss End Garden Village, or (for Personalised courses) in your home (within 6 miles of Wokingham), or online - wherever you feel most comfortable.
Group courses are kept small with a maximum of 4 birth teams.
I don't teach and run - you get my support throughout pregnancy and beyond whichever course you book.
