Over 4 weeks, you will enjoy total relaxation through mindful breathing exercises for birth, honest discussion, meet new mum friends, first or next baby.
Run by Sophie, an experienced Hypnobirthing Antenatal teacher, you'll gain knowledge for your positive birth. Be supported each week by the group, where you'll feel totally safe and comfortable to enjoy this time for you and connect with your body and your baby.
There are no expectations, no judgement and it is a totally safe space for you.

There is time for light refreshments (provided) and group discussions to connect with other mummy's. This course is the perfect addition an A Mother World Hypnobirthing course, or just for you to take time out for you. Classes are held in the A Mother World Hub in Warfield, Bracknell.
