Relax in pregnancy, take time out and and practice breathing techniques for birth.
This 4 week group course you will enjoy total relaxation through mindful breathing exercises, group discussion, honest talk, meet new mum friends. Run by Sophie, an experienced Hypnobirthing Antenatal teacher, you'll gain knowledge for your positive birth. Be supported each week by the group, where you'll feel totally safe and comfortable to enjoy this time for you and connect with your body and your baby.
There are no expectations, no judgement and it is a totally safe space for you.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy, connect with your baby and your body. Make new mum friends in the local area, whether this is your first or next baby.

Preparing for Birth
Oxytocin for Birth
There is time for light refreshments (provided) and group discussions to connect with other mummy's.
This course is the perfect addition an A Mother World Hypnobirthing course, or just for you to take time out for you.
Classes are held in the A Mother World Hub in Warfield, Bracknell.
