Mummy and Baby Soft Yoga Course

Take time out of your day to relax, breathe, bond and stretch in a calm and safe space. It's like a mini retreat each week! 

This is a 4 week course which is a great follow on to baby massage. 

When you arrive, Sophie greets you and baby with a smile. Running late? No worries! There's no judgement and no apologies here. 

With your nice, warm cuppa, you take your place on a mat. Is baby upset? That's fine! Do what you need to do. 

We take some time to have a chat about how you're feeling, highs and lows of the week. whilst doing some gentle stretches. Relax those shoulders, baby is entertaining herself with the toys. Then we turn to baby and encourage them to do some gentle stretches too. 

Bonding, giggling and stretching - but they get bored and want to explore! So we move back to more stretches for Mum. 

There's no singing or bright lights here - it's about relaxation and gentle stretches. 

More honest discussion, and there is no rush to leave, as classes are held in the A Mother World Hub. A clam and safe space for you to relax. You then pop to the Italian Deli for lunch with your new friends feeling relaxed, and supported.

Classes are kept small (max 8) to enable you to feel safe and comfortable. Sophie takes pictures throughout the class to capture those special moments - they are only shared to your WhatsApp group for you to treasure.
